Here's the good stuff:
It's in a really quiet location in the countryside, but close to Assisi and Spoleto. The accomodation is in an old stone farmhouse with a nice of view of the farming valley and countryside. Free parking. The 4-room apartment was relatively large. The breakfast was very good, home-baked croissants, and the family was very friendly.
The tour of the olive mill on the premises was very interesting. In addition you could purchase very nice olive oil produced here.

The kitchen was not finished, but that being said, they didn't advertise it...
