Stayed as part of a Tauck Tour. Found the hotel to be excessively noisy (hotel bar) until after midnight. Beds were too hard, rooms dark, and anyone who weights more than 140 pounds would have difficulty getting into the shower (never mind trying to pick up anything that dropped). Todi is a great location for visiting the region and visiting Assisi and Siena. The Fonte Cesia is probably the best hotel in the region. All the reviews give a fair picture but none mention comfort. We had a junior suite on the third floor with a terrace and good views but the bed and pillows were unbelievably hard and gave a poor nights sleep, so much so that we checked out after 1 night. A pleasant, old-fashioned hotel which is the only hotel in the oldest part of Todi. So location is number one attraction. The rooms are ordinary. High Speed Internet Access is free. Easy walking to several nice restaurants. A real sense of history. more
