The hotel we usually stay in on Lake Garda was booked for our dates, so we had to choose another one. We picked Caminetto because the rooms from the brochure looked decent, the price was decent, and the location was super.

It is located right where you enter Torbole on a street just off the roundabout. You can see it as you descend the hill from Nago. There isn't much space for parking; 3 tiny spaces out front and a garage below. We couldn't get into the garage when we got there because it was full. Lucky for us, there was a spot to cram our car into out front. We parked it there and never moved it again until we left Torbole.

We could walk everywhere we needed to go; lakefront, Coop grocery, restaurants, and plenty of shops. We were in Torbole to ride our bikes, so we started our rides from the hotel.

The only person that spoke english was a man that seemed to only work in the mornings. Not overly friendly, but checked us out of our room... more
