Definitly in the middle of nowhere. No airconditioning, rooms were TINY. No airport shuttle service because they have no driver. I arranged for a shuttle bus to pick me up at the airport the day of my arrival and it never showed. 2 hours later I paid 70 euros for a cab. Internet service in the rooms did not work.... more

We booked in a hurry so our fault for not researching it properly, Varese is a large city and hotels so spread out, this one is in middle of nowhere, restaurant was lovely but so expensive. Counter staff unfriendly. Asked about airconditioning but finally got told it wasnt on yet because its not hot enough - our room was stifling.... more

We stayed here over the xmas holidays.The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful.even thought the hotel was virtually empty the breakfast buffet was satisfactory.I enjoyed the shower always plenty of hot water and the hotel was always very well heated. The beds were very comfortable with quilts and extra pillows.Even though the rooms are rather small. Overall good... more
