Exceptionally clean, firm but comfortable bed, friendly staff, buffet breakfast. Everything I needed. Near the shipyards which was great for me. Wifi only useable in the lobby which is a bit of a nuisance.

The hotel bedroom was clean and beds comfortable, but that's the only positive I can say about it. The booking site I made the reservation through claimed the rooms had balconies, sofa beds, in-room wired internet, bathrobes, complimentary bottled water. It does NOT have any of these items. This rather small hotel is situated off the beaten track but still close to the main attractions of Viarregio such as the beach and the main promenade. The staff are very friendly and helpful[they reccommended an excellent fish restaurant 5 mins. walk away], its clean and serves a good breakfast which is included in the rate. The hotel is new (or recently renewed) with many services included (pay tv, wi-fi), good breakfast and a good bar. Rooms are clean and bed very comfortable. Good location in darsena. Overall very good!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Enough space. Good breakfast. Cheap bike rents. Very conveniently situated. Calm area. 5 minutes walk to viareggio's promenade and sea. 5 minutes walk to the wood. Very good restaurants nearby. Free parking space at one minute walking. Little garden but take your anti-mosquito :-)
