Nice hotel in a beautiful place. The rooms are clean and spacious. A very relaxed athmosphere and the service is excellent. Too bad that the private beach wasnt opened yet, it was too cold to swim, but it would have been nice to just relax in the sun with a nice book.

Big and clean rooms.The food was little and overpriced.Nice spot (2,5km from the town of Desenzano) near Rivoltella where you can take buses to Desenzano and to other places.There is a free bus (since 5th November of 2012) to Il Leone Shopping centre from Rivoltella.

We have been to this hotel end of august. It was a very nice stay. We have had a family room, so much space for the children and us. The bed is enormously and very good. We (2 couples) stayed here Sept 30/12. We did not have reservations. The reception staff were very helpful in finding us rooms. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. First impressions from the outside was not the best. It looks very plain and does not (IMHO) show how good the hotel is. However as soon as we walked into the hotel we were well impressed.
