Whispering Palms Island Resort certainly is a quiet and tranquil location, the resort seems to have a business plan designed around overnight paying guests, we travelled from our base by private car in Bacolod City across the Don Salvador national park area to San Carlos City and parked up in the private car parking area on the jetty. “Silent Place, but too expensive food prices”

you dont get what you pay for in the restaurant, for a average disc of 300pesos, the quality should be 5 stars, its long way from that. there are other great resorts with normal restaurant prices than this here... it disapoint me a lot. but for dive and relax its okay.

I stayed here for two nights while I was learning how to dive (Open Water Diver) at Sipaway Divers, which is a PADI Dive Center beside the hotel. This hotel is very nice and just a 10 minute boat ride from San Carlos City and 5-10 minutes with single/motorcab. The price pr. night was 2.300 peso (50EUR), breakfast not included.... More
