Having stayed in a another hotel of this company before (Spa hotel Lanterna), I was expecting it to be nice (3 nights stay in June), it exceeded my expectations however. This hotel is amazing. Poor hotel Horal. In rooom is mould! New rooms with poor thi is horrible. Second problem is home cooking. I mean cook employed as socialistic school cuisine in Vallakien mountains. Is irreparable damage in very good location interfere wrong customer service
