This may have been a pleasant stay had it not been for the fact the hotel was most probably full to capacity and as a consequence, there were clearly insufficient staff to keep the facilities at an acceptable level of operational cleanliness.
Not one of the toilets on the ground floor was fit to use as they were all awash...
