The reviews re unfriendly front desk are unfortunately correct. Avoid entering any arguments with unpleasant character. Room was ok - we were a family of 4 staying for 1 night only - nothing special but price was low. Nicer from outside on pictures than from inside.

The Hotel St. Nicolas was affordable , clean and a lovely old hotel. The entire staff was more than friendly.It's location is excellent, right in the middle of the historic town. I will gladly stay there again should to return to the Alsace.
