We asked a friend who is fluent in French to book the hotel for us, providing they had WiFi. This was confirmed by the owner of the hotel, even in the rooms.
When we arrived we were told only after check in that they only had WiFi downstairs.
This only worked intermitently and the dragon behind the counter told us...
