This is a budget two-star hotel at a A630 motorway exit, 20 minutes by car to the center of Bordeaux. We use to lodge at Ibis hotels as they offer a consistent quality at a low budget, and are children friendly. This hotel is an exception: the rooms are old and worn, the air conditioning is barely functioning. The staff, altough polite, was not really helpful: it took them about half an hour to book two rooms it two hotels of the same chain for the two following nights, made multiple mistakes, and we had to insist as they told us the hotels were complete without even checking. more
