Unassuming small hotel, no lift so owner offered to carry cases to 2nd floor. Recent refurbishment is excellent, sound-proof rooms, electric sound/light-proof shutters, bed large but basic, excellent shower, innovative lighting e.g. dim in the night on certain switches - excellent! Breakfast is good, basic fare at the price and you won't get more in town for the same price....
