Poor welcome, food was crap, rooms not cleaned, very 'laissez faire' attitude by staff however the wine was good and new friends we met made the holiday all worthwhile.
Total needs to introduce managers that can turn that place around.
The hotel location was fantastic.
Shame about the staff!
