This is a great budget hotel for a working trip - next to the Riviera Le Cher and a short walk takes you to the medieval part of Montlucon - bar staff friendly and served us late in the bar with a tasty Croque Monsieur and Calvados!

We have stayed at the Ibis Montlucon several times on the journey between the Channel ports and the Mediterranean. Montlucon is a really good stop-off location, and the Ibis is a good value for money hotel with all you would expect from Ibis. If time allows then the restaurants in Montlucin are within leasy walking distance.
