We stayed a lot of wonderful places and this was our favorite. It is difficult to find but once you do you have a chateau to yourself!!!. It is close to Fougere which has excellent restaurants and Mt. St Michel where you don't want to stay (too touristy) The chateau is lovely and inviting. The rooms are very large and beautiful, just remember to close your windows at night. We woke up the first morning to a few moths. The gardens are spectacular! We spent a day and a half exploring them, the children did not want to leave. The owner is gracious and friendly. It is a magical place that we will definately come back too. We stayed 2 nights and next time it will be longer!!! My pictures won't upload but I have many and will email them too you. I can't say enough about our experince here!!! more
