We are just finishing a two night stay at the Auberge de Bourgogne. The owners, Francis and Vernoique, have web outstanding. We speak no French yet they were very patient with our many questions. Very peaceful setting just outside town. We ate in the restaurant on the Saturday evening. Set menu, but quite pleasant. Free wi-fi in the bedrooms, but you need to ask for a code at reception. Tonnerre is a very pleasant town to visit and the Office de Tourisme is very helpful.

We didn't use the hotel, but went to the restaurant just after 1 p.m. The food was well presented and tasty, though my husband had a lot of waste on his steak.The restaurant has moved into the Logis three-casserole category and is listed in the red Michelin. I was welcome by a young ladie who informe me about the hotel accomondations and the restaurant. ma rooms was very confortable and the restaaurant was great food and service,this is a bargain when compare a much you paye with some of chaine hotes,I realy recommend this hotel and the restaurant(try the jambob persiley) thank you CFG

An easily accessible hotel with a good level of comfort a very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was very good and worth taking the time to eat in. It is about a five minutes drive into the centre of Tonnerre.It has ample secure car parking.
