Spent a lot of time looking for the perfect place, at the perfect price, and was very relieved to find that this hotel was everything I had hoped for. The rooms were small, but adequate for 2 adults and their luggage etc (and two visiting teenage kids on most occasions). As everyone says, a room in Paris is only for... more

My husband and I stayed here from 9/22-1/26/08. getting there was a not difficult with transportaion arranged.I found the room for (2) people to be very small, with a not so nice staff as well. The rooms do NOT have any type of air condition or ventilation, so if you have health issues do not stay here.I could not breath... more

Hotel is quite basic but clean. Booked 2 rooms - 1 double + 1 triple. Bed in triple is pull out type which is fine for a child. Staff very friendly + polite + spoke good english. Hotel is virtually opposite Gallieni metro station + is next to a shopping complex containing cafes + a large supermarket. As breakfast is... more

I am mystified by all the bad reviews of this hotel. My 9 year old daughter and I stayed here from July 16-22, 2008 and it was just fine. I didn’t think it was in a bad part of town and we never once felt threatened or scared. I got our room for 44.50 euro a night (through the hotels... more

The room was small, the entrance way was seedy, and breakfast was below average... To top this all off they charge you extra for a safety deposit box. Keep looking, we also stayed at the Citea just 3 stops away on the Metro, which was in in nicer area also. more

My three daughters (ages 9, 10 and 16) and I stayed at the Campanile Bagnolet for 4 nights in January 2008. We really liked what the location had to offer...adjacent to a large shopping mall with a grocery store, a terrific Asian restaurant and very quick access to the Gallieni metro stop (literally only 20 meters out the front door).... more

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is right near the ring road. No traffic noise. If you are driving down from Calais it is realtively easy to find. Just off the A3. The car park however is a nightmare to find. Make sure that you park in the Campanile part of the multi storey car park. Otherwise it could cost you... more

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and was ok. The only advantage is that is near the metro to travel to republique or opera. Other than that is very basic stay. Ceilings were extremely low by the dining room area, if you are tall you are in trouble.. Don't really expect much, Ok for budget tourism more

After reading previous reviews we were not looking forward to staying here. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Had a 'hiccup' finding the hotel - it is situated on spaghetti junction. Could do with better signposting. However, once there we were greeted by pleasant reception staff. Bedrooms, although smallish, were clean and comfortable. Bathroom with powerful shower. Very good hairdryer as... more
