Well, what you can expect for 45 for three people, in the fair season it is cheap even for the out-of-Peripherique neighborhoods! And the off-street parking is free of charge. I have just returned from a trip to Paris. My trip was a nightmare. This hotel was far away from public transport. The nearest bus was a good 20-30 min walk. Loved the price (47 euro for 3 persons) but bathroom unit had no ventilation and got pretty smelly. The location was difficult - had to bus to the metro station - and it was right on a major highway.
