The balcony was attached to others and hence anyone could enter your room who was on your floor (we opened ours during the night and didnt realise until the next morning!). The staff are rude and have no customer service skills. The location is terrible if you want to tour around Paris, which is something most people want to do. The breakfast was terrible and ridiculously unorganized. The rooms were okay. Overall, I didn't like this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Bedroom and bedding clean (other than suspect carpet). Bathroom very manky. Grout on tiles around shower black, sink cracked and dirty, lavatory seat loose and nasty. Other than that OK

Clean comfortable hotel, wouldn't worry too much with the breakfast in the hotel, typical cold meat & fruit continental type choice. Only stayed for one night but staffed seemed pleasant enough.

I`ve spent 4 hours choosing the hotel for our trip to the exibition in Paris and was really disappointed when we got to the hotel.
