The Etap sight was poor for directions on how to get to this hotel, but easy when you know how - thanks to a friendly local.
Rooms are basic, but modern and spotless, staff friendly and handy for local transport.
Take the Metro to La Defense and follow the signs to the bus and take bus 258, which travels down Ave Charles De Galle, which goes straight onto Ave George Clemenceau, which is quite long and near the bottom before a roundabout Etap is on the left hand side.
The Metro for Marne Le Vallee - Eurodisney- leaves from La Defense, but save yourself lots of money and time wasted spent waiting in queues by giving Eurodisney a miss.
Watch where you eat, as Paris can be very expensive. Wine can be 7 euros a small glass. I got the kids ice cream in a restaurant at Monmatre square, which cost 7.50 each!! Ouch.
I still love Paris, but would recommend eating off the beaten track. Not recommend Eurodisney and would recommend this hotel for the price, cleanliness and... more
