Unless you are a frequent traveller to Paris or are a busness traveller - Le Dauphin is avoidable. My husband and I were first time tourists in Paris and found our stay at Le Dauphin inconvinient. Stayed here for 3 nights in September. Hotel gave me excellent directions from airport! Only 8-10 min walk from metro - metro only 10 mins to centre of Paris. we stayed at this hotel after reading other reviews,and yes the rooms are on the small side but very clean and very comfortable.The reception staff are very friendly and the breakfast excellent.Come out the hotel cross the road walk along the pavement for 10 min and you are at metro on a direct line into Paris.La Defense does not have... more
