Unlike the newer Formule1 at Paris Nord 2, this hotel is not served by a shuttle bus from the airport but accessible from the nearby RER-trainstation. After leaving the station i found myself in a suburban commecial site with nothing but officeblocks and parking lots, very poor lightning and few footpaths. To get to the hotel one has to find a small tunnel under the railway which leads into the dark and empty gardens and pass the unlit expositin hallos, cross some serviceroads and even more parking lot and find the hotel hidden behind some trees and a fence, luckily the gate has been vandalised and does not close anymore.
However the check-in machine was out of service and some other guests were already ringing the doorbell for some time. The manager was friendly, but was unable to process my visacard as he only had a reader for chipcards but my card only had a magnetic stripe, later he found a way to enter the carddetails manually.
