This isn't a bad hotel. The rooms are actually ok as well as all the facilities. The problem is the staff. In the bar it gets chaotic sometimes and for twice the drinks came a long after the food. We were put up at the Mercure by an airline because of a delay. Check in was amazingly fast, the room was quite nice and dinner was more or less ok. Delta had to rebook an entire plane (the pilot ran off the run-way - let's not discuss that!) and the 50 or so that ended up at the Mercure... more

Close to the airport and inexpensive. Spartan accommodations. The property is a bit rundown and could very well use some improvements in the carpeting and interior. I would not recommend it unless you are booking something last minute and are looking for inexpensive accommodation close to the airport more

The hotel is not particularly fancy but functional, clean and relatively quiet. The rooms are of a decent size Food at the restaurant was quite good. The only negative thing to report was the relative long wait for the shuttle. They need to improve this since it is important at an airport. more

The Roissy Mercure is a perfectly acceptable low price airport hotel - bland but efficient. It is however one of the furthest away hotels from the airport and the shuttle operates only twice an hour. large rooms, wifi at a not so cheap rate, clean and well lit. the shuttle bus from the airport comes around rarely. a taxi will cost you a bundle. better to stay AT the airport and not deal with the hassles of getting to/fro the mercure (if your co will pay for it). more

This hotel is like a refugee camp for air france!! That is how we stayed here, with no luggage. Air France gave us a voucher for the accomodation and breackfast lunch and dinner.
