Endured this hotel last weekend for one night. Despite having a 'confirmed' reservation, staff could not find my reservation on their systems. They then allocated us a double room (advertised at the check-in desk at €85) despite the fact that I had paid for a large 4 bed room costing €120 and this was clearly stated on the booking confirmation... more
