I stayed at the Hotel Mercure for an extended time during a project I carried out in the region. There is not much negative to say about the hotel; the rooms are nice and clean, the service excellent. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast: fresh orange juice, great bread, and plenty of healthy options. Unfortunately, the hotel's swimming pool is more like a big bathtub, and no fitness room. Anyway, it is by far the best hotel in Epinal.
