I was surprised to find reception closed from 1100 to 1600 (this seems to be common to Etaps?) and had to checkin via an automated machine outside – so be sure to have your booking number on you ! The location, whilst a bit out of town, suited us perfectly as a stopover en route from the UK to Italy. Staff was very friendly and helpfu, rooms nice and tidy as in most of the Etaps we have stayed with. Epinal is a lovely town, very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
