Easy to find - this hotel is located just off the motorway, but far enough away you aren't disturbed by noise. We stopped here for an overnight stay while driving down to Italy. We stayed at this hotel for one night after a long day of driving, the hotel was very easy to find and close to the motorway so was ideal for a stop over. The room was quite big and comfortable, having a fridge, flat screen tv and had a kettle with tea/coffee making condiments. The bathroom was very nice too... more

This hotel is an excellent stopover for journeys to Central Europe - e.g. Switzerland - it's literally 2 minutes off the motorway and very affordable. Stayed here on a Saturday night having travelled from Calais (about 5 hours). Staff friendly and English speaking, nice jestures such as a free soft toy for the children, good service and reasonable food. more

We first stayed in this hotel 15 years ago and recently went back again to the area. The hotel hasn't changed! We were visiting St. Avold to attend Memorial Day services at the Lorraine American Military Cemetery. The members of the American Legion invited us to enjoy drinks with them in the lobby and then dinner. They had a dog with them.
