We came to Millau during our trip through the Pyrenees. We saw one hotel at the entrance to the city which was full, so we were a bit worried that hotels will be full. The second hotel we saw was tourhotel.
Just like the reveiewer before me we were asked if we somked and after we said we didn't we were told that if we did we will be charged.
We asked to see the room before taking it and the woman at the reception and the man who came to show us the room were not pleased about this and made a comment like - don't you trust us, the room is good.
Then we were asked if we wanted breakfast and we said no (we preffer leaving early and having a picnic breakfast on the way). In response to that we were told that if we ate in the room we will be charged extra - we should have probably left at that point - but we were tired and thought hotels might be full in this time of the year.
We took the room and were asked to pay immediately. When we gave them our credit card we noticed... more
