In terms of room/bathroom quality, this was excellent. In terms of welcome/friendliness, a lot of improvement to be made. The receptionist ordered a taxy for us for Rodez Airport (ryanair hasn't planned a bus line for it) at 8.10am. Taxi arrrived at 8 o'clock but as we were told that it would rather come slightly later, taxy driver was waiting... more
