The best thing about this hotel is definitely the food. The breakfast is French - bread, croissants, jam, fruit, yogurt, and tea or coffee, but it is generous and all of excellent quality. But it is the hotel restaurant which in my opinion should DEFINITELY be considered a destination. The food is just amazing. I think it could easily get a Michelin star, and probably should have one. There is no menu - they come to your table and tell you what they're proposing for the night, and I guess you can take it or leave it.
