Location is very good - that's why they don't have to try. The room was unpleasant and the bathroom/ toilet was about the size of an aircraft toilet. We had a lovely stay at the Hotel La Digue earlier this month. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My teenaged daughters and I shared a triple room on the ground floor. The beds were comfortable. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem, since it was a cool night. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom.... more

No air conditioning. Very hot when we visited. Could not leave window open for fear of theft and bugs. Our room was on the ground floor. Good clean bathrooms. Comfortable rooms. Food was ok. Had to book 2 nights when you only needed to stay 1 to see everything. more
