We stayed here 3 nights in May 2008. The receptionists were always very helpful and pleasant. They do have a limited hotel garage which is great rather than public parking. the room was very plain and cramped and the walls are thin so it can be noisy. Normandie was a great budget hotel.. could not really ask for much more, great location and is quiet for sleeping at the same time.. we had a room with a bath for 2 nights and enjoyed it alot.. more

We stayed here for two nights on our way to Paris. The hotel is in a great, central location about 10 minutes from the Cathedral and the waterfront but is very quiet at night. Bright, basic accommodation; clean and pleasant. Good price- split an en suite twin for under £20 each a night. Don't just ask about parking though, you must reserve a space as the car park is the size of a cupboard. Reception very friendly when I tried to speak French.
