It was difficult to locate this hotel due to extensive construction taking place on the "Place de la Breche" directly in front of the hotel. for 80 euro we had a very big modern room, best location in niort. Only thing is missing is a minibar. 2 minutes to all restaurants and shops. Huge cinema across the street. And they are building a kind of park in front of the hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights last week, Very happy with our choice of hotel. It was spotelessly clean, room was spacious and modern decor. Beds were good size and very comfortable. Good soundproofing. Staff very pleasant. Highly recommend all in all.

Recently stayed one night in the middle of a vacation. Hotel and room were clean, modern and comfortable. Location is near city center, walkable from TGV station. Staff was great--friendly and very helpful to two Americans with many questions (and less than impressive French skills).
