Excellent Hotel We spent 2 nights here winding down after a hectic trip throught Alsace and Switzerland. We found the hotel, room and staff all to be excellent. The room was spacious, very clean and modern with excellent decor. The spa was an added bonus. Had dinner one evening and this was extremely good. We would strongly reccommend more

I stayed in this Hotel during mid-July, attending a congress in Geneva. The problems I had: 1) At check in my guest was given a disabled room even though he was not a person with a disability, the shower is mounted very low, and he found it very uncomfortable to use the bathroom. we eventually asked for them to change... more

We arrived during a cold spell, but once we turned up the heat, quarters were comfortable. We found the staff particularly helpful and friendly, eg. front desk checked on arriving flight we were to meet, breakfast staff helpful, spa staff helpful. We didn't use the shuttle, but it's not an "airport hotel", so shouldn't be expected to have non-stop shuttle... more
