This is as good as any hotel I have stayed in Geneva - it is about 20/30 minutes away from downtown on tramway services 16/12/17. Had to stay in the Citadines Gaillard as there were no hotel rooms left in Geneva at very short notice. For me it was not a pleasant place to stay. Yeah, the carpets are dingy and the setting is not picturesque. However, I know of no other hotel in the vicinity of Geneva which can beat it for price.
