We were a little concerned to read the previous review and can only feel sorry for that family. Fortunately our experience was more inline with the majority of other reviews. To reiterate previous comments the hotel fabric is showing signs of age, but no more than other French hotels of this age. This is fully compensated by the Crystal staff... More
