We spent several days in Alpes d'Huez as several family members were undertaking the tough annual triathalon. We had a week at these self catering residences, not to be confused with the up market hotel next door of the same name! Spent a week skiing in Alpe D'Huez and stayed at the Hotel Ours Blanc. The food was excellent and the staff helpful. Unfortunately the 'central location' meant that late night revellers walk past the hotel from clubs/ bars in the early hours of the morning making a lot of noise. The hotel has some quite spacious, clean, modern-looking rooms, which we were fortunate to get (Platinum suite). Very powerful showers. Note the jacuzzi function of baths have all been disconnected - they should NOT be advertising this feature any more. Food - just quite average really.
