On the all arranged for us minibus transfer from Geneva we met fellow guest Matt who said that he had been to Chalet Panoramic many times, I think it was 8. We wondered why would anybody visit one chalet and resort that many times, well now we know why. Lisa, Simon and their team provided a fun, relaxed, no fuss environment that was perfect for us. The chalet is in a fabulous position, very comfortable, magnificent views and ski in, ski out. Always smiling, nothing was too much trouble for the team. Lift passes collected, chauffeur driven to ski and boot hire and lessons drop off, skis/boots returned for you, Andrew, Ed, Buzz, Emily and Dan, thank you, you were a big part in making our week memorable. Snowlife has a great relationship with ESI ski school who were brilliant for everybody in the chalet. Overall La Clusaz and Chalet Panoramic were wonderful, we loved it. Most of those staying in the chalet on our week were returnees which says it all about the Snowlife experience. We look forward to becoming a "returnee" too. Lisa, many thanks and Andrew and Dani, enjoy the imminent "little one". Brenda and John…
