Situated on the main piste, Chalet Le Panoramic boasts the most prestigious location in La Clusaz. With breath taking views of the mountain range and the entire village (which is an easy five minutes walk away) the whole family is able to ski to and from the chalet door to no less than five ski lifts; beginners button lift, two cable cars and two chair lifts which place you directly onto any of the numerous superb slopes. What gives Chalet Le Panoramic the edge over the rest is individuality and personal attention to detail, this lies at the heart of the chalet where the owners: Simon, Lisa and their team of four can often be found cooking up delights in their state of the art kitchen, tending the roaring fire, manning the bar or readying the hot tub!

Back for a second year. Lisa and Simon had again formed a great team to ensure we had a relaxed holiday. Fabulous cakes by Emily and tasty meals by Andy ensured we were well fuelled for a day on and off the slopes. Plus, Dan, Millie and Sharnelle were all on hand to keep things running smoothly and telling us tales of their own exploits on the piste. The beds and linens are really comfortable as are the sofas. Ski hire is easy as Dan runs you down to the shop and returns them at the end of your stay. Great relationship with ESI who come to collect you for your lessons at the boot room. I am confident this will not be our last visit.

The whole experience exceeded expectations and we were not disappointed on any aspect. A very friendly group of mixed ages but all blended really well.It is testament to the successful formula that many of the group were on their multiple visits with one couple reserving next year for their 9th trip. Stunning.

Come and enjoy this fantastic hospitality in a wonderful challet. A nightly dip in the hot tub will ease those aching bones after a great days skiing. This is our fourth visit with more to come. We can't recommend it highly enough.

A great week, only 18 runs open in La Clusaz but the skiing was far better than expected. The chalet was fantastic- great hosts, friendly welcome, couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. The food cooked by chef Andy was amazing- different each night, healthy and just what was needed after a long day on the slopes. The ski in/ski out definitely a positive for us- despite the lack of snow it meant that logistics were great. So many lovely touches in the chalet- white fluffy robes, hot tub, snacks on the bar, meeting Lisa and Simon's kids, lifts in the minibus above and beyond what was expected! A very enjoyable and memorable week for all of us and our friends, and great to make new ones as well.

On the all arranged for us minibus transfer from Geneva we met fellow guest Matt who said that he had been to Chalet Panoramic many times, I think it was 8. We wondered why would anybody visit one chalet and resort that many times, well now we know why. Lisa, Simon and their team provided a fun, relaxed, no fuss environment that was perfect for us. The chalet is in a fabulous position, very comfortable, magnificent views and ski in, ski out. Always smiling, nothing was too much trouble for the team. Lift passes collected, chauffeur driven to ski and boot hire and lessons drop off, skis/boots returned for you, Andrew, Ed, Buzz, Emily and Dan, thank you, you were a big part in making our week memorable. Buzz and Emily provided great food, creative and delicious. Canapes that were a meal in themselves, and G &T's, were a perfect way to wind down before dinner. Meals were a delightful time of waiting excitedly for each course. Cheese, coffee, chocs and that last extra glass of wine were a glorious end to each evening on those oh so comfy sofas Snow was good, varied and there is something for all. Particularly good for beginners, especially Beauregard. Often beginners are parked in a little area at the bottom of the mountain on the rubbish snow. This is a marvellous plateau with great views, great snow and easy runs which whilst not long for the experienced are long for beginners. Snowlife has a great relationship with ESI ski school who were brilliant for everybody in the chalet. Overall La Clusaz and Chalet Panoramic were wonderful, we loved it. Most of those staying in the chalet on our week were returnees which says it all about the Snowlife experience. We look forward to becoming a "returnee" too. Lisa, many thanks and Andrew and Dani, enjoy the imminent "little one". Brenda and John

Just returned from an amazing week of excellent accommodation and first class hospitality & service. Nothing was a problem and all needs from boot hire to ski lessons and transfers were dealt with with ease. Lisa, Simon, Andrew, Dan, Ed & Emily made up a great team of hosts. Phenomenal food masterminded by Buzz; every meal a gastronom(nom-nom)ical feast fit for kings! First time skiing as a family with young children and we've booked again for next year as so impressed - something we rarely do. Thank you all

Great to be back at the Chalet Panoramic! We love this place and everyone there! They go to so much effort to make sure that everything is perfect. We had the most wonderful week skiing in perfect conditions coming back to a lovely relaxing GnT in the hot tub and a lovely group of friendly guests to chat to over dinner. Wonderful food too! Special thanks to Buzz for his culinary delights! See you again! Well done Lisa and Simon you can be proud of your 'petit équipe'!

We visited with family over new year 2015/16. This was our second trip to Chalet Pano. (It's easy to see why so many guests keep coming back.). We had yet another fantastic experience. The facilities are super. But the greatest aspect of our trip on both occasions has been the attitude and approach taken by the staff. Nothing is too much bother - they are always helpful and attentive. Food is super (and plentiful) - thanks Buzz! Lisa, Simon and Andrew ensure that everyone is well looked after from the oldest to the youngest! La Clusaz is a gorgeous town - lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Skiing to suit all abilities and the chalet is well linked with a great ski school. Chalet is ski in ski out- v handy for teenagers enjoying their independence. New Year's Eve was fantastic with a great group of visitors! Interesting chats, stunning fireworks, fab music (thanks Jack), champagne (lots!!!) and dancing!! What more can you ask for!!!! Would recommend for all the family- enjoy!

A Very well run chalet with friendly staff in a great location just a few minutes walk into what is a pretty little village , buzz the chefs food was very good and complemented by Emily's fab cakes and Eds cool laid back but efficient service, a handy boot room which you can ski straight to back to ,great night time views overlooking the village while dining , our room was good (plenty of space)with quality shampoo and wash gel in bath /shower room. A enjoyable stay in a nice ski resort.

OMG where do I start!? Exceptional, amazing and awesome. This is a location with a culture that is not a one size fits all when it comes to customer care; Le Panoramic tailors to each of the guests needs from the time you book to the time you leave the chalet.. The hosts Simon and Lisa and their hard working team, Andrew, Buzz, Ed, Emily and Dan make sure we would find it hard to beat a location such as Le Panoramic. With all the hours they put into running the chalet, the hard work and effort, they remain calm and happy at all times. We were so well rested after a day on the slopes with a big wedge of cake waiting for us, kids fed separately at 6, hot tub, drinks and fabulous nosh. Kids where able to go to bed earlier giving us some peace and allowing us to relax on the uber comfortable sofas in front of the log burner in the company of an array of some wonderful characters that kept the conversation and banter flowing. In addition, touches like chocolates in a little red felt heart shaped bag in the bedroom did not go unnoticed. As well as these little touches the chalet was so clean, beautifully kitted out and decorated. All of this and most importantly the hosts warm and relaxed personalities and their choice in staff made the whole experience of staying here unique. The only thing we had to do this holiday was ski and nothing else! On that note they make sure you are dropped and collected when getting your ski hire kit and passes. They also bring your kit back to the ski hire shop at the end of the week. Lessons and guides are also organised. The boots are stored in a very spacious, warm and comfortable boot room with an adjoining area to store skis and snowboards. All ready for you to ski out of of the chalet. I, nor my kids and husband can think of any improvements to be made; these guys are definitely tops at hospitality. I truly felt so sad to leave, and cannot recommend this location enough.
