Just had a week skiing in Belle Etoile Cosy family run hotel with a jacuzzi and sauna room which you must book in half hour slots per room(though some people did not seem to stick to this rule!).Certainly nice after a day on the slopes Rooms basic but adequate. La Belle Etoile is sadly lacking in beauty and in stars. The 3* ranking must be due to the swimming pool and tennis court, which are only open in the summer, and not to the bedrooms, bar or restaurant, which are frankly 1 - 2*. I could be wrong. Hotel run by a very friendly & helpful family. Very clean rooms with everything u need in them (i.e hairdryer, etc). 50metres to nearest ski lift which has a connecting ski run to take u to another lift that takes u to the top.
