Rooms are dated but finctional, receptionist no where as helpful as other Etaps during our trip. Location good as only 5mins from the centre of Thonon

Stayed here on a one-night stop-over. Easy to find and there is free parking outside. Despite being marked "no smoking" both our rooms were smoky and had ashtrays. We aired the rooms and had a comfortable nights' sleep. Peaceful location, pleasant staff, ok breakfast and very cheap.

This hotel is ok for just one night stay, because rooms are too small, but beds excellent and good to sleep without any noise. Breakfast was good and filling. Staff did not speak English well enough.

All Etaps are adequate for overnight stops or short stays. On this occasion the very capable lady on afternoon reception was working alone and a queue built up quickly.
