The position is very good. The price is also quite good (though we have been there during half term, hence price was quite expensive but probably one of the cheapest residence). The room was cleanish, however the 2 bunk beds both had brackets broken so they were unusable. Our children ended up sleeping with us, good job they are not that big as yet. The apartments are all privately owned, so it is bit of luck what you get. our apartment was essential, TV was extra £50 per week (but if you take yourself a TV cable, you will save the money...). As I said the position was excellent, though Tignes Val Claret is fairly compact. The most disappointing point was the ski locker, they are so small that it is ridiculous. You can store 1 set of ski and poles and boots, then it start to be difficult storing anything else. We ended up carrying kids skis up on the apartment as well as our ski boots. If you want a relatively cheap place, this residence is ok. If you are looking for extras...then... more
