This hotel is rated as a four star - look at it as a basic three star and you will not be disappointed. Whilst most of the staff were friendly and helpful, Sebastian who ran the restaurant was arrogant, unhelpful and lazy. We have just come back from a fabulous week at Hotel Montana. Not only could you ski direct from the door of the hotel, but the hotel was excellent. The rooms were large, showers were hot and powerful, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the food in both restaurants was very good. We would recommend this hotel to... more
