We have just returned from a week staying at the Chalet Marley Val Thoren. Reading the brochure it is supposed to be:- 1) A gold star chalet...Absolutely not! 2) The photos showing a bedroom and lounge looked nothing like our chalet. 3) Ensuite bedrooms...yes soom had shower rooms (all with mouldy ceilings)..but 12 people having to share 2 toilets! 4)... We went as a large group and were really impressed by the service, quality of food, and the chalet was spacious enough. It's not ski in/out really but the walk helped the fitness levels and set us up for the big feed each evening. We got a great deal at £450 per person with flights and transfers.
