Doubt if this is the name of the hotel. I stay at the same place and its now called - Apartis Hotel am Stadtpark.

Good Management and staff. Clean and well maintained rooms.
Good Service
Yummy breakfast in the mornings.
Free Internet access for all guests over WLAN.
Busstop right opposite to the hotel.
Cons
Place is a difficult to reach after 9 in the night because the only way to reach this place woiuld be to get down at Sindelfingen ZOB and then walk for another 10-15 minutes.
