First of all, this hotel is not called "Schoenblick", but "Bella Vista"! The information on Tripadvisor.com seems to be outdated.

Positive:
- At a few meters from the ferry to Meersburg
- Nearby the tourist attractions Insel Mainau and Konstanz
- Free parking
- Free wireless internet!
- Free public transport for the duration of your stay
- Very friendly staff!
- Cleanliness
- One of the cheapest rates in this region
- Daily 3-day weather forecast at the reception
- Spacious room (we were at ground floor)

Negative
- Problem with hot water: very low pressure when using hot water, problem cannot be resolved because their boiler doesn't seem to be up to the job
- Breakfast very modest as compared to other German hotels
- No elevator (hotel has 3 floors)
- Two out of 3 lights were broken in our room
- Hotel not very accessible for wheelchairs or prams (stairs at entrance, no elevator) more
