This Best western was immaculate and provided superior service. The night manager " Rudy" was exceptional and went out of his way to help with anything. The restaurant attached to the hotel, FRANKIIS was an utter disappointment though. After a long day at a convention and having made a reservation well in advance, the restaurant sat us and did not give us menus or take our drink order for 30 minutes! Another 30 minutes went by before half the drinks came. We left the restaurant after 1.5 hours elapsed and saw that the other patrons were beginning to leave also. No apologies from the wait staff or the manager. DO NOT go to Frankiis more
