An excellent hotel, which is run by Susanne & Martin Dünnebacke and their family. From the moment we were welcomed by Susanne at the door on our first evening to our departure 8 days later, we had a wonderful time.
This hotel has been recently renovated and extended, but has all the charm and ambience of a Black Forest hotel. The rooms are excellent, the restaurant cosy and extensive and the pool, firness room, sauna, etc all first class.
We also stayed in the hotel's 'Berghaus', literally 'mountain house' which is in the hotel's grounds. All the benefits of self catering plus use of all the hotel's facilities - with views to die for.
I can recommend this hotel without hestitation. more
