Stayed one night with kids on a layover. Only issue was that shuttle bus only comes once an hour at certain times - including 5pm and 11 am, when I was travelling. Great but expensive breakfast - 17 euros - however, they didn't charge for my 2 kids, and one could eat enough to last for dinner. There's a basic... more

The courtesy bus is every 30 minutes from the airport, terminal 1. It leaves at 10 and 40 minutes past the hour. Why can't they put that on their website? So you have to wait, phone up and you get a very surly response to say the bus is on its way. Don't even think about asking if the bus... more

Stayed at this hotel before flying back to the states: + although I would not consider a 4* but rather 3* overall good choice, excellent b/f, nice modern family room w/ kingbed and sofa sleeper, convenient location to the airport ( about 8 min away), free internet on the hotel computer in the lobby ( only one avail) - the... more

Stayed here on 5-8. Hotel is nice, rooms are OK. The restaurant service was the worst I have experienced. The main restaurant was completely empty. The patio area had 12 guests so I sat there....after 20 minutes of having the waiter walk past me I went to the bar. There were about 16 people sitting the bar area. All were... more

Had a one night stay at this hotel in November 2007 before an early morning flight the next day. For what the hotel is it is perfect. A new modern airport hotel with really nice contemporary rooms though not cutting edge, comfortable bed and no airport noise that I could hear. The rooms are really nice and have a nice... more

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the excellent price we received booking it on the internet, the proximity to the hotel to take advantage of the hotel shuttle bus & train to Frankfurt city, and the shuttle bus working in with our arrival and departure times. The hotel lived up to our expectations and was... more

Don't get me wrong - I love Tripadvisor and have used it for years but in many cases reviews are so mixed about a hotel (ranging from "absolutely fabulous" to "don't come here"), that it's becoming hard to make an informed decision from the reviews. I just got back from 8 weeks of leading tours in Europe and have stayed... more

The hotel is acceptable. It is small and kind of far from airport. They is nothing around in terms of resturant, bar or shopping. However for 160 Euro/night it is expensive. Internet service is provided by WFI but you have to pay for it (30 Euro for 24 hour access to the provider). Also the room is very small. The... more
