We spent three nights in the Seehalde and had a great time. The staff are the most friendly and helpful group of people we could have met. Be aware though that they only speak a little english. Some spoke some english while some spoke none. I speak some german so it was not so difficult but english only speakers may get frustrated. The rooms are very clean and comfortable but the bathroom in our room was tiny even by European standards(but how much time do you really spend in a bathroom). The hotel has a nice bar, a good breakfast, and a light dinner menu. It is a two minute walk from the train station and about the same to the Bodensee(Lake Constance). We chose this hotel and town because it is not as crowded as Lindau and it worked out well for us. Very relaxing! more
